How to look stunning without make-up

Stay hydrated : Drink lots of water to look fresh and to make your skin look healthy.

Don't strave : Most women, when in deep thought or just worrying, end up ignoring  their hunger calls and when they do realise it, they end up eating junk! avoid skipping meals, don't forget to have fruits and leafy vegetables and put an end to bad eating habits.

Moisturies : Don't apply loation just on the visible parts of the body. keep your entire body well-mositurised.

Say yes to sun block : If your sunscreen lotion is still in the corner of your dressing rack unused, take an oath not to step out of the house without applying it on ur face.

Hygiene lesson : Brush your teeth twice a day. Don't keep ur nails dirty. Keep ur hair and scalp clean!

Get rid of unwanted hair : Don't postpone the threading and waxing sessions. Just don't.

Talk smoothly : Smile. Maitain eye contact. whether you're having a fight or sharing a joke, keep the tone of your voice light.

Posture 'me' : Stand straight. Don't crack your knuckles. Avoid covering your face with your hand.

Exercise your Brain

You often follow a rigorous training schedule to keep our body fit and active but have your ever considered the mental exercise. As brain is a think tank, it grows and learns through mental exercises. Mental exercises improve the memory, concentration and abstract reasoning among people. You should do some mental exercises to improve your learning power as it would help you throughout your life as a student, during career, and in other areas as well. Intelligent minds are liked by everyone and mental exercising is a unique way to enhance that. As brain is the command center of your body and regulates the functioning of all body parts, mental exercises would help to strengthen your mental abilities.




As brain actually processes information and use that information to execute various functions, you must have a great memory and some mental exercises that would help to achieve that are:



•Solving puzzles and playing brain games are one of the best exercises for your brain. You can solve puzzles such as sudoko, crosswords, rearranging letters, and forming words from the letters. Daily newspapers are a big source of all these games or you can even solve them online. All these games and puzzles would improve your concentration, thinking ability, memory, etc.

•Reading is a good mental exercise, so ensure that you dedicate sometime to read books, news papers, etc. Reading acts as a stimulus to your brain and you'll become more knowledgeable while reading something or the other.

•You often meet people from different communities during your college days, office, etc. Whenever you meet someone from a different cultural background, try to learn his/her native language. While learning a new language, you need to remember new words and sounds that improve your memory and sharpen your auditory skills.

•Relate: Whenever you learn something new, try to relate it with previously acquired information. Try to learn people's phone numbers, address, etc to improve your memory.

•Changing your habits also sharpen your brain activity so break the regular habits. When you perform your regular activities in a new or unexpected way, your brain have to think in a different manner thus breaking the used way of thinking.

•Socializing is a great way to exercise your brain as meeting with new people, sharing thoughts and ideas, conversations, etc let your brain to think differently.

•Recall things that you have in your to-do list or other such important work as it will help to test your memory.

Oral Hygiene

Oral hygiene is basically taking proper care of your teeth and gums in a way that they are clean and free of debris, gums do not hurt or bleed when you brush or floss, bad breath is not a regular problem, etc. Many of you do not follow proper cleaning tips that result in build-up of bacteria causing plaque and is often responsible for bad breath. A good oral hygiene routine is important to fight germs present in your mouth. Everyone knows the importance of good oral hygiene, but we often take it lightly so here are some tips that can help you in maintain a good oral hygiene easily:




Brushing:

A good oral hygiene starts with clean teeth. Follow the below listed brushing tips for overall oral cleaning:



•Take time while brushing your teeth and don't be in a rush. Brush your teeth twice daily- in the morning and in the night after you had your dinner.

•The brush that you use should be good quality so that soft bristles do not harm your gums. Use a fluoride toothpaste to brush your teeth.

•While brushing your teeth, hold the toothbrush at a slight angle against your teeth and move it back and forth. Don't forget to brush the back side of your teeth and tongue as well as these are the areas that if left unclean produces germs. Don't brush harshly on your gums, teeth, and tongue and use your brush gently.

•Keep your toothbrush clean. Rinse it off with water soon after you finish brushing your teeth so that you use a clean brush each time. Place your toothbrush in an upright position so that bristles can dry up easily.

•Replace your toothbrush after every three to four months.

Flossing:

Flossing helps you clean the compact area in between your teeth that you can't clean with a brush. Tight spaces between your teeth or under your gumline is cleaned with dental floss. The food particles that get stuck between the teeth can be removed only with dental floss. Ensure a good oral hygiene with flossing.


Rinse:

An antimicrobial mouth rinse help reduces plaque between your teeth so use a good mouthwash or an oral irrigator. You can use an antimicrobial mouthwash twice a day in addition to daily brushing and flossing to remove the bacteria produced in your mouth. Make sure that you use an appropriate mouthwash that does not contain alcohol as it may sting or make your mouth dry. Oral irrigator could be, however, could be a better alternative.



Visit your Dentist:

You should pay regular visits to your dentist to make sure that your teeth and gums are healthy. Visit your dentist at least once or twice a year. The condition when you need to visit your dentist apart from maintaining good oral hygiene are:



•Swollen, tender or bleeding gums

•Tooth ache

•Changes in teeth alignment

•Sensitivity to hot and cold eatables

•Regular bad breath
