Handling Optimism


You are what you think. Optimism doesn’t come to you like the Air you breathe, It’s a Feel you want to realize.

Be happy and smile always to everything, yes I said everything. It releases the stress your face carry every time, this attitude makes you to take things positively. When your mind get set with it, good things happen to you like as casually as it is.

We all know that sometimes we are the one who make the satiation complicated. By following this simple attitude you can change the you part.

Extra tips:
Sip some water.
Take deep breaths.

The perfect tip is to do the thing which relaxes you, for me a simple smile clears my mind. Find out yours and follow it.

Too much of anything is always too much to do. A tea cup can’t handle the water of water bottle, so everyone as their own limit. Don’t stress yourself to be optimistic it will make you to go mad. Balance yourself, showcasing the emotions is in humanity, so allow it when it explodes.

Don’t Practice Optimism, Feel it.

Strawberry Banana Smoothie


      This is my first recipe in my blog, I love this smoothie. Not only this, I love smoothies and fresh juice a lot. That too in this summer it feels amazing in our body. Include more Fresh fruits and veggies in your diet to beet this summer and get a healthy body.



Ingredient:

·         8 Strawberries
·         1 Banana Peeled
·         ½  Pomegranate - seeds
·         Quarter Cucumber


For Garnishing:

* 1 small Strawberry with leaves
* Few seeds of Pomegranate

Preparing Method:

Blend all the ingredients under ingredient list together to make into smoothie, Yah it’s that simple, Then Garnish and serve. For cooling you can blend with ice cubes or Freeze the strawberry and banana to use.
Note: Don’t use more water, just and to blend smooth. When u add Ice cubes please don’t add water. I prefer frozen fruits.

Serves Two

Adopting to new circumstance


As you all know I was shifted to Vandalur, I am just going to share my experience and how am trying to adopting it.

Changing from one place to another that too with a lot of difference in an area… believe me  it’s hard.  Way back when I changed from Chrompet to Madipakkam I struggled a lot I really dislike the area and its circumstance compared to Chrompet, because I used to be in a calm and pollution free residential area. But in Madipakkam its different that too I shifted from Individual house to an Apartment it sometimes feels uncomfortable for me, later used to that and explored the area which as every shop in it like tea kadi to Coffee day, Mess to Dominos, retail shop to super markets yeah it has every facility in it, then I started to like that area. To mention, it developed after I entered that area. Coming to here in Vandalur were am staying now is somewhat like a rural area but I am not sure it is, I found some difficulty in finding good shop to shop, actually I started to exploring it, may be this area can also develop from my entry to it.

This is not about just the area, what about the house and especially what about you and your mind.

 As I am a working woman I got to know the area by my colleague who lives close to mine. On my free days I will take my best buddy (scooty) to explore the area. Driving in GST, be careful about it. I feel like nice to be here now.


So my advice is to explore, take the positive side and Love to Live.

FORGIVING


Why we only feel sorry for the people we did wrong with, what with the opposites, why don’t we. Haha this is crazy right, may be.

I am just saying do it so then they will realize the wrong, without knowing to them, they will act positive with you.  So you can neglect negative people around you. I am not saying you to be a saint, its impossible I know. But acting matured is different.

I don’t say forgive everyone and everything that bothers you, but try with one, you will find the difference.  Actually what am trying to say is… if some person disturbs you are hurts you in some way just ignore them and don’t show your pain to them. Be calm and act like you never cared and do some small good things to them, even a smile will kill them and change them to be good. This is forgiving being Positive and making Positive.

This really doesn’t go with the back stabbing people, we can’t do anything with them. They are the only people from backward class. In this case I advise you to fight straight face. So they will know how powerful you are.

DISAPPOINTMENT

It’s disappointing when you made a to do list and wishing to do it, but your situation is not allowing to do it. Yes it’s my situation. If you have seen my last post you would know I was listed to do 2 post a month in my blog. But in February I totally failed to do that, now it’s almost end of the march I was here to write a post about my disappointment.

I was busy cos I shifted to new house, new office and have to mention February is a month of Marriage and parties.  For all these I don’t have an internet connection. We are still searching for a good internet provider in our area (Vandalur). I don’t think these excuses are enough for not blogging, cos If I properly planed it got to be worked, so you can now guess why am disappointed.

I am not going to take it anymore, I am going to blog daily for four days counting today, so in the end of March my blog will have 6 post of the year as I planned.

Sometimes things like this push u hard to be proper, without having a burn we can’t feel how it feels. I don’t think it’s a bad start, actually it’s a good start.  You guys trying to do something and failed in time, don’t get disappoint. It doesn’t matter you are on time or late. It matters when you done it and I am sure you will feel bold when you complete it.

2014 – To Do List and Wish List


I have been setting myself some To-Do and Wish list for 2014. I just like to share with you guys, so it may help u in some way and also I need a motivation from you guysJ.

To – Do List

*Do Household work regularly: Haha yes I was very bad in it, I am married for 5 years now still I don’t do my household work and cooking regularly that too in last year I was lacking so much in it. So my first to do list is Household chores.

 *Earn Money: I just want to earn money not like a big amount or something, just some extra… I am not sure about working full time in an office, if I did I will be so happy (Now I am working) because my situation changes month to month, so I always want to have a second hand part time job. For this case I like to start a small business. Any Ideas…. ;)

*Being Punctual: hmm this is a really hard one for me I always lack in this. To know me more I like to share my recent incident. As I said earlier I was now working in a school, so last month school is in holiday for Christmas and New Year but I am a office staff I don’t have a holiday. Usually I should be in school at 8.30 but I will be going only after 8.30, because of holiday they said me to come at 9.00 now also I was coming after 9.00 look how punctual am. So this year I want to be more punctual.

*Read 25 Books: Like I am very passionate and a book lover I fix myself a goal to read 25 books this year. I feel sad to say I failed last year, I just read 21 books. But this year I will. *Write a Story: This year I planned to write 2 stories and publish online. I am already writing one so it will reach u soon.

Wish List

I wish God blesses me with all his grace to make me blessed this year. I am thanking you for all you gave me Lord.

I wish this year I will get more friends. I really miss hanging out with friends, so I wish this heartily.

I wish to get healthy and positive surroundings to make me positive.

New Year never begins without a resolution, I take resolution as my lifestyle change so that not only for this year, but throughout my Life.

Resolution

My First resolution and very important mind set change is not to take faults in others especially not to share that with anyone. And also to control my Emotions.

Being healthy: Eating healthy and raw foods. Following fitness.

Being Independent in taking decisions.

MY 2013

As 2013 is over that not means it left, we should always turn back and see the path we came from, yes in this post I just going to share the things I came through in 2013.

First of all I always think about being positive, but back in years I was really frustrated and stressed about my personal problems but in 2013 I came out of it I can see my positive energy flowing. I should change my lifestyle to being positive and smiling, just smile for everything… yes I mean everything.

I learnt a lot this year some satiations gave me life changing experience. Blaming others and taking faults is never going to give us a life we want. Accepting the things as it comes and goes make our life full fill.

Last year I made a wish list, wishing for something is really good and cool but having it or doing it is really different. I full filled some and missed some. So this year I am going to make big To-Do list and little Wish list (wait for my next post to know it ;)).

·          Improved my Photography.

·          Learned to drive a car.

·          Had more friends.

·          Earned and lost some weight.

·          Feeling good for Working and Earning.

·          Learned how to heal myself. “Cure without a medicine”, yes I learned Acupuncture and natural way of life.  To mention I am following it.

GOD never leaves us alone he is holding our hands in every moment of our life, he know what we want and what we must do he cares about us more than anyone in the world. If you are not into GOD no probs believe in yourself, you are the reason for anything and everything care about yourself more than others.
