I NEED A CHANGE IN MY LIFE





Prologue


Yes, has a title says I (we) need a change in my life. It is a truth about me, I don’t follow any rules and regulations, For me Time Management is ah…ah… what is that means, these are the words I am having in my life…But I want to change, changing things in our life as good as they can. These words are not only mine it is also yours I know most of us want to change our life, let’s begin…


Planning

Changing things is always better when the current things are doesn’t work.  Planning for a change is like what all new we are going to be in future. I know we all plan well, we plan for them in our way to office/college/school, in the break time, in the bed time and even in our toilets, we plan for a hole day that what we are going to be on a next day, well the next day arrives do we did what we planed for a hole day yesterday, I know we would answer NO but we still have a plans in our mind to change and hope that we’ll change tomorrow did we, if not today how can be tomorrow. One thing we want to agree with is we are stacked to a same routine from our past year, so things can have some difficulty to change  but it can be changed, we must also remember that things doesn’t change all of a sudden, if it changed then it is clear we ever noticed that it was changing.


Example Instance


If you have an habit of awaking up late in the morning which is around 7 am but you want to be in office at 8.30 am, So you rush to your office every day late, one day you caught by your boss and he saw your in time of last few months and warned you that it is the day I last excused you. If I known that you were doing this another day there is a chance I needed to shut out of my concern.


You worried of it and planned for a change, yes definitely you need a change in your life. So you planned for next day to awake up early at six in the morning, you set an alarm at that planned time and you slept off, its six in the morning sun is rising your alarm start to buzz you and you hear it but you cant even open your eyes… what you will do know just snooze your alarm for another 5 or 10 minutes… No no way if you do this I am sure you are not going to change. Just get of the bed all of a sudden the alarm starts to buzz and wash your face, brush your teeth have some plenty of water; you will surely feel that you are awake. I don’t mean that you should not have a enough sleep, I mean you can have a change in your sleeping routine like going to bed early as possible. If you follow these strictly for a month, later you can do this ease. And you will ever be late your to office.


One thing we all must realize is we all know the above said facts; bet the thing is we don’t follow it.


Inspiration


When we realize that we want to change some thing in our life we must really want to stick to them and dream about them. There is an inspirational story called Who Moved My Cheese written by Dr. Spencer Johnson. These story as a four character who lived in a maze and looking for cheese to nourish them and make them happy.


The four characters are Sniff and Scurry who were the mice, Hem and haw who are little people as small like a mice, most probably they are alike a human. These four characters are inspirable by how they change when things are changing around them.


This story must read by all of us and definitely who need a change in there life, it surely gives us a confidence to change. The people who read this book definitely will compare them with any of the four characters of the story. You must try this book (Who Moved My Cheese) it surely help full for as it changed me as so you.


Consequence

If we need a change in our life, first we want to change our mind set of ignorance and afraid to do things. When we hope and imagine the changes we can definitely change our entire life to success. So plan the change and adopt to a change.


We can change any thing Hopefully…. So I need a change in my life…….

The Prayer

I Thought to share about our prayers....


Today i went to temple with one of my friend, who believes God more then any thing else.
we entered into a temple and standing in front of God and by seeing a God i prayed everyone should be good and you know everything about me and u will guide me in good way this is the thing i will pray to God from the time i started to pray.(i will not close my eyes when praying i just see my god and pray.)


Here i wish to share a story about a prayer...


A man who went to heaven saw the Prayer House in there and he went into it, there he saw 3 kind of department that is


 1. Incoming Prayer Department


 2. Organizing and Wishing Department


 3. Thank Back Department


First he entered into a Incoming prayer department there he saw a 1000's and 1000's of Angels working, he go to an Angel and asked what all of you angels are doing here, Angel replied that we all are collecting the prayers of the people.
Then he moved on to the next department of Organizing and wishing department their also he saw 1000's of Angels working and again he asked an Angel what all of you doing here, Angel replied we are organizing prayers and wish them with that what people asked.
And He moved on to the last(Last but not least) department of Thank back department their he saw a single angle and stunned and asked her in other two departments there are 1000's of Angels working, but here you are a single Angel can you explain this, Angel replied the people are praying for the things they needed and they are also wished with that, but they forgot to say thanks, very some are thankful, so here we don't have much work. The man feel bad about it...

What do you think about this story do we really thankful to god for what we get....


Here from this second we are going to make a promise that the first thing we do when we pray to god is saying thanks to him, Any time you think of God even in the bad situation also we should thank God first. Now our goal is to have a core's of Angels in the thank back department.


I believe that we all do this, I have started a month ago when i heard this story, So We All Love God and God also Love us.

Importance Of Exercising...

Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness.

  • Flexibility exercises, such as stretching, improve the range of motion of muscles and joints.







  • Aerobic exercises, such as cycling, swimming, walking, skipping rope, rowing, running, hiking or  playing tennis, focus on increasing cardiovascular endurance.







  • Anaerobic exercises, such as weight training, functional training, eccentric training or sprinting, increase short-term muscle strength. 






  • Exercising daily atleast for 15 min well keep u fit and healthy.... So make that an habit like sleeping...

    Common Cooking Terms

    BAKE : To cook in dry heat in oven.

    BATTER : A mixture of dry ingredients and liquids
    that is stirred or beaten and in the consistancy of pouring.



    BIND : Adding a liquid, egg or melted fat to a dry mixture
    to hold it together.

    BOIL : To cook at boiling point. 

    CREAMING : 
    Softening fat by friction with a spoon/wisk, usually followed by gradual incorporation of sugar.

    CUTTING : 
    It is cutting to small pieces by the knife/chopper. Cutting into cubes are called Dicing.

    FILTRATION : 
    Separating solids from liquids through staining materials.

    GRINDING :
    Making a paste/mixture using grinding materials.

    MARINATE : 
    To soak food in liquid thing like lemon, etc.. that will flavor it.

    MASHING : 

    This is a method of crashing up of soft foods with pressure by using masher/fork/hands.

    MINCING : 
    Cutting into very fine pieces.

    PEELING : 
    Removing the skin of vegetables or fruits is either peeled or scraped.

    PRESSING : 

    Separating liquid portions from solids by hands/weights/mechanical pressure.

    SAUTE :


    Fry foods in a oil/ghee/butter golden and tender.

    SHREDDING :
    Cutting things into long narrow pieces by a knife.

    SIFT :                                                                         

    To remove lumps using wisk.

    SKIMMING :
    Removing a floating layer by passing a laddle under it as in skimming cream from milk.

    SLICING : 
    Cutting into thin pieces but not so fine.

    SLITTING :
    Making a slit in the middle, lengthwise.
    STEAM :
    The steam is which arises from a pan of boiling water.

    STEW :
    To cook slowly in a small amount of liquid for a long time.

    STIRRING :
    Mixing materials with appropriate tools such as by a spoon/laddle in circular motion.

    WASHING : 

    This is necessary to remove superficial dirt from Meat, fish, vegetables and fruits are washed in cold water before any preparation.

    Apply a cold cream or Moisturizer or lip balm before applying a lipstick.
    To have a natural pink lips apply a beetroot juice before going to bed.
    To get rid of chapped lips apply a lip balm and rub with a old brush gently.
    Apply a fresh butter on a lips to make them smooth.
    To cure dry lips apply peanut butter or coco butter.
    Rub fresh coriander leaf on ur lips weekly once.
